Half the time I cannot hear myself think over my teeth chattering, but yesterday, I reached my splitting point.
I have just about had it at my task, plus I think that my boss can tell. For the past few weeks I have been kneeling into him plus telling him exactly what is on my mind every chance I get. I figure, it’s about time after a year-and-a-half of enduring their abuse plus keeping my mouth shut. It’s been a poor roller coaster of employment, plus I just do not care anymore. These nights, I do not bother biting my tongue when something new comes up. I go straight to my boss plus tell him all the ways that unfair till next Tuesday. Most recently, I laid down the law when it came to our office Heating plus A/C settings. For a year-and-a-half, I have been coming into the office plus right away cold my butt off; Every single morning, somebody comes in plus cranks the temperature control down to 65 degrees. They leave the office plus go on their merry way, leaving the small space completely cold plus uncomfortable for the people who really have to work there. Then, I crank the temperature control back up plus wait many hours for the air temperature to return to a adequate level; Until then, I freeze in my seat plus I have difficulty concentrating because I’m so cold. When I came in plus the temperature control was turned down even lower than usual, I right away went to my boss. Until there is some a temperature control control around this venue, I’m not going to keep working here. I packed up my things plus went back condo to my adequate temperature control settings. I’m not going back until she swings the passcode on the temperature control.
