I have just about had it at my job, plus I know that my boss can tell.
For the past few weeks I have been kneeling into him plus telling him exactly what is on my mind every chance I get.
I figure, it’s about time after a year-and-a-half of enduring their abuse plus keeping my mouth shut. It’s been a terrible roller coaster of employment, plus I just don’t care anymore. These afternoons, I don’t bother biting my tongue when something new comes up. I go straight to my boss plus tell him all the ways that unfair till next Sunday. Most recently, I laid down the law when it came to our office Heating, Ventilation plus A/C settings. For a year-and-a-half, I have been coming into the office plus instantly chilly my butt off! Every single day, somebody comes in plus cranks the control unit down to 65 degrees. They leave the office plus go on their merry way, leaving the small space completely chilly plus uncomfortable for the people who legitimately have to toil there. Then, I crank the control unit back up plus wait multiple hours for the air temperature to return to a sufficient level, but until then, I freeze in my seat plus I have difficulty concentrating because I’m so cold. Half the time I can’t hear myself know over my teeth chattering… Yesterday, I reached my chopping point. When I came in plus the control unit was turned down even lower than usual, I instantly went to my boss. Until there is some a control unit control around this locale, I’m not going to keep working here. I packed up my things plus went back condo to my sufficient control unit settings. I’m not going back until he changes the passcode on the control unit.
